Goulash...

This recipe I got from my mom. My 13 yo DD LOVES this, she actually requests this all the time...

Ingredients
1 package of Beef stew meat
1 Onion
5 Eggs
3 cups of Flour
Garlic
Seasoning salt
Pepper

Preparation
In a crockpot combine the beef stew meat, onion, garlic, and water. Cook 6-8 hours until meet is tender...

In a separate bowl combine flour, garlic, salt & pepper, and eggs in a separate bowl. Mix together with your fingers.. Mixture should be really sticky. If its not really sticky then add more eggs.. (I "eyeball" it)

30 minutes before serving add small "chunks" of the egg mixture to the crockpot. Cook on high until the "dumplings" are completely cooked. It may take 30-45 minutes depending on the size of the dumplings and the temperature of the crockpot..

Add salt and pepper to broth to taste.. Serve and enjoy!
